✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24+ hours notice may transfer the deposit to a future appointment one time. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the 50% deposit. • No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 100% of future service deposits before booking again. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and will forfeit their deposit, depending on the service scheduled. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances but may be transferred according to the policy above. This policy helps protect the time and income of a small business. 💖 Lash Appointments: Less than 24-hour cancellations, no-shows, or same-day reschedules will result in the loss of the 50% deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
